• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative discipline such as Statistics, Data Science, or related field
• 5-9 years of progressive experience in data analysis or marketing analytics
  
  Proven experience in the financial services industry or with financial institutions
• Advanced SQL skills and proficiency in Python or R for data analysis
• Strong experience with data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Looker

• Master's degree in a related field
• Experience with cloud data platforms such as Snowflake or AWS
• Familiarity with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems
• Knowledge of big data tools like Hadoop or Spark
• Track record of delivering impactful insights that influenced strategic decisions
