Location: Candidates can be located anywhere in the US.

• Responsible for the overall management of SAP Walk Me implementation projects at SAP customers throughout the lifecycle from project initiation to go-live and support
• Leverage relationships with customer management and process owners
• Ensure proper use of methodology, tools and procedures
• Escalate problems early to those in the account management role
• Manage and mitigate project risks
• Perform project management coaching to project team members
• Monitor and analyze Walk Me usage data and user feedback to identify opportunities for optimization and improvement. Constantly strive to increase Walk Me's effectiveness and user engagement
• Conduct training sessions for customers on Walk Me best practices, ensuring they can make the most of the product and effectively utilize its features to enhance their applications
• Previous experience with the Walk Me platform or other similar user guidance and onboarding tools is a plus

• Strong understanding of user behavior and how to improve user engagement through Walk Me.
• Analytical mindset, capable of interpreting data to make data-driven decisions and optimize Walk Me implementations.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Attention to detail, ensuring Walk Me elements are visually appealing, user-friendly, and aligned with our brand guidelines.
• Problem-solving skills, capable of troubleshooting and resolving issues related to Walk Me implementations.
• Experience in project management, demonstrating the ability to coordinate tasks effectively within timeline and resources.
• Experience working in an agile development environment is a plus.
• 3+ years of experience in Professional Services, Implementation Consulting, or Customer Success.
• 2+ years of SaaS experience.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred.
