Role Overview
:
Senior Product Manager – Remote, Digital/IT. Position allows 100% telecommuting from anywhere in the U.S. Work location listed as 515 Broadhollow Road, Melville, NY (CSC).

• Define strategy, manage roadmap, and oversee development of online shopping cart and checkout features.
• Collaborate with UX, engineering, and research teams to develop A/B testing plans.
• Elicit and analyze requirements; define scope objectives using tools such as MySQL, Teradata, Power BI, Tableau, Oracle DB, and SAP ECC/S4.
• Utilize business and technology strategy, business modeling, and scenario analysis to set product vision, OKRs, and KPIs.
• Lead cross-capability initiatives and prioritize features through waterfall, Agile, and Scrum methodologies.
• Translate product and business requirements into detailed development specifications with an Agile framework.
• Define and execute go‑to‑market plan for new features in collaboration with Sales, Solution Architects, and Professional Services.
• Apply technical knowledge of APIs, 3rd‑party systems, legacy systems (SAP), and integration with modern SaaS solutions.

Qualifications
:
Must have a Bachelor's (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, or Business Administration and five years of product management experience for online shopping cart and checkout technology.
