- Conduct legal research and analysis on existing and developing privacy laws and regulations
- Maintain expertise in privacy laws and evaluate their impact on company operations
- Assist in the development of Data Protection and Privacy Programs, including legal documents and policies
- Provide advice and counsel on privacy matters to stakeholders and business partners
- Draft, review, and negotiate IT contracts, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
- J.D. from an ABA‑accredited law school and active Bar membership in the U.S.
- Three (3) to five (5) years of legal experience in data privacy, technology contracting, and digital commerce/digital marketing
- Strong knowledge of U.S. and international privacy laws and regulations
- Demonstrated experience in drafting and negotiating IT‑related contracts
- Excellent oral, written, and verbal communication skills
- Familiarity with IT infrastructure, cloud computing, and data processing technologies
- Proven ability to interpret complex legal texts and regulations
- Strong interest in technology and its implications for privacy compliance
- Experience advising on customer and vendor data privacy issues for international companies
- High proficiency with Microsoft Office products and ability to learn new software quickly
