We are looking for an experienced and forward‑thinking Lead Dev Ops Engineer to help drive teams as a best‑in‑class engineering organization. The role is ideal for someone who can collaborate with Product and Engineering to enhance and build out our technology and own the strategy, vision, and plan for how to increase developer productivity.
Job Responsibilities- Engineer and maintain automated deployment processes
- Maintain best practices in cloud architecture
- Work with Engineering, Product, and Security/Compliance to design and deliver highly secure and regulatory compliant infrastructure and processes (SOC2, ISO
27001, etc.) - Improve automated processes, cloud configuration, deployment pipeline, service monitoring and logging
- Deep dive technically while also operating at the strategic, organization level
- Responsible for the reliability of the systems you build (like all other teams!). This includes responding to critical incidents as needed.
- 5+ years building core infrastructure
- Strong understanding of best practices in Dev Ops, security, and software delivery
- 5+ years of experience working in cloud platforms
- Comfortable with ambiguity and rapid change
- 5+ years of experience in engineering, including 3+ years of experience in infrastructure building tooling for developers
- Deep experience in Kubernetes at scale, networking, service mesh, and cloud‑native automation
- Ability to leverage AI tools to augment work.
- Experience driven empathy for the tools, frustrations, and processes that slow engineering teams down and lead to toil or burnout
