Headhunter – Cybersecurity Sales ; U.S. Market

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Headhunter / Talent Acquisition Specialist to help us recruit top performing Enterprise Sales Executives and Regional Sales Directors across the United States for a fast-growing cybersecurity company.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in direct headhunting
, particularly in the cybersecurity or enterprise technology sectors, and strong experience identifying, approaching, and engaging high-level sales talent.

• Proactively identify, approach, and recruit top cybersecurity sales professionals in the U.S. market.
• Utilize a target list of companies (provided by us) to locate and directly poach qualified candidates
  .
• Conduct initial outreach and screening to assess candidates’ experience, motivation, and cultural fit.
• Present qualified candidates and manage communication between candidates and the hiring team.
• Coordinate interview scheduling, gather feedback, and ensure smooth communication throughout the recruitment process.
• Maintain detailed candidate tracking and provide regular updates on search progress.
• Represent our company professionally and confidentially in all interactions.

• Proven experience as a headhunter, executive recruiter, or senior talent acquisition consultant.
• Strong familiarity with the U.S. enterprise technology or cybersecurity sales landscape.
• Excellent sourcing and direct-approach skills using Linked In, networking, and market mapping.
• Ability to engage and persuade senior sales professionals.
• Strong communication, follow-up, and organizational skills.
• Self-motivated, independent, and able to work remotely across time zones.
