We are seeking a self-driven, detail-oriented Senior Business Analyst to lead project delivery across multiple hospitality business lines including lodging, transportation, golf, spas, and Vail Signature Clubs. This role is pivotal in driving operational excellence through technology by partnering with Lodging Operations, Reservations, Accounting, Revenue Optimization, and other IT teams.

The ideal candidate for this role will be responsible for analyzing business processes, identifying improvement opportunities, and delivering scalable solutions. This role blends business analysis, technical troubleshooting, and quality assurance, requiring flexibility and cross-functional collaboration.

* Job Responsibilities:

** Technical Expertise
* Lead end-to-end business analysis for projects, including requirements gathering, wire framing, and documentation of functional specifications.
* Translate business needs into detailed user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria aligned with project goals.
* Design and execute test plans and scripts to validate solutions; manage defect tracking and resolution.
* Create system diagrams and process flows to support solution design and stakeholder understanding.
* Ensure all project work adheres to SDLC, AMLC, SOX, and PCI compliance standards.
* Coordinate with development teams and vendors to deliver application upgrades and new functionality.

Leadership & Collaboration
* Facilitate stakeholder workshops, planning sessions, and design reviews to align project scope and outcomes.
* Communicate effectively across technical and non-technical audiences, ensuring clarity and transparency.
* Build strong relationships with business units, IT teams, and third-party vendors to support project delivery.
* Demonstrate adaptability in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities and evolving requirements.
* Exhibit strong attention to detail and commitment to quality throughout the project lifecycle.
