SharePoint Customer Engineer

Job Description

JDA TSG has immediate opportunities for SharePoint Expert to join our team as Customer Engineers (CE). A CE’s time is dedicated to working with some of the largest, and most sophisticated companies in the world, usually F1000. You will be responsible for customer satisfaction, deployment, adoption, and support of SharePoint initiatives. CE’s assist customers in building, deploying, operating, and optimizing their environments.

Positions are full time salaried roles offering great benefits.

Salary: $95, based on experience

Travel: CE’s are home based and deliver services typically via Microsoft Teams.

• Product Upgrade / Migration Assessments
• Systems Performance Reviews

• 10 years of IT experience with 7 years focused on Microsoft Server products, SharePoint and Office 365 technologies
• Must have experience with SharePoint Online architecture, site collections, and permissions
• Deep experience in SharePoint Advance Management, Compliance, and Retention policies
• Familiarity with integration scenarios like Power Automate, Power Apps, Power Platform
• Strong experience with SharePoint Server Subscription Edition and SharePoint Online
• SharePoint branding and customization options
• Remediation / redevelopment of legacy SharePoint designer customizations, including 2010 workflows
• Understanding of using Azure Data-gateways for integrating Power Automate flows with SharePoint on-premises
• In depth advanced Power Shell development skills
• Using SharePoint Designer & Info Path
• Taking on internal initiatives to create services opportunities, work in a fast-paced environment while balancing multiple demands, addressing shifting priorities while maintaining focus
• Use trace analysis, debug skills, source code, and other proprietary tools, to analyze problems and develop solutions to meet customer needs; this may involve writing code
• Solid understanding of client/server, networking, and Internet technologies fundamentals
• Using Flow & Microsoft forms for creation of advanced workflow functions for SharePoint Online
