We are seeking an experienced SAP Open Text Consultant to support the migration of unstructured content from legacy SAP systems to SAP RISE Cloud, and to implement Sales Order Automation (SOA) functionality using Open Text. The ideal candidate will possess hands‑on expertise in SAP Content Server, Open Text Extended ECM, and have experience integrating with SAP modules such as SD, MM, and FI.
Key Responsibilities:- Configure and deploy Open Text Sales Order Automation (SOA) in SAP RISE.
- Analyze legacy system setup and migrate historic data to SAP RISE.
- Ensure accurate linkage of migrated documents to SAP objects in the RISE Cloud Open Text system.
- Perform validation and reconciliation of migrated content.
- Collaborate with SAP Basis and Infrastructure teams for connectivity and access.
- Integrate SOA with the SAP SD module for automated processing of inbound sales orders.
- Customize SAP workflows and BCC applications as required.
- Define and implement business rules for document classification, data extraction, and workflow routing.
- Support testing, troubleshooting, and optimization of automation workflows.
Skills Required:
- SAP Open Text Extended ECM (xECM) and Archive Center
- Open Text Sales Order Automation (SOA)
- SAP Content Server and Archive Link integration
- SAP SD/MM/FI module knowledge for document linkage
- Experience migrating selective documents from on‑prem to Open Text Cloud
- Deep understanding of Open Text components for SAP and non‑SAP applications
- Experience with Document Pipeline, OCR/ICR technologies, and Business Workflows
- 7+ years of experience in SAP and Open Text content management
- Proven track record in SAP data/content migration projects
- Strong understanding of SAP document management and business process automation
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
- Migration strategy and execution plan
- Configured Sales Order Automation workflows
- Validation and reconciliation reports
Technical documentation and knowledge transfer materials
