• Set goals for every client engagement within your team
• Ensure clients adhere to best practices across all marketing channels
• Support strategists in overcoming approval roadblocks for campaigns
• Conduct regular 1x1 conversations with team members to discuss roadblocks and action plans
• Lead and empower your team through effective communication and expectation setting

• Proven experience in performance marketing or a related field
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team
• Familiarity with LTV:
  
  CAC modeling and customer generation strategies
• Ability to establish clear goals and accountability measures
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

• Experience in B2B tech and SaaS marketing
• Familiarity with analytics tools and data-driven decision-making
• Past involvement in strategy development for marketing campaigns
• Knowledge of digital marketing best practices across various channels
• Previous experience in a remote work environment
