IT Project Manager, IT Consultant
Join us as a Change Manager to lead dynamic organizational change management efforts for a strategic IT Transformation Program. This remote position offers an opportunity to influence and drive successful adoption of new systems, technologies, and processes.
Responsibilities- Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy for change management, including communication, training, and stakeholder engagement.
- Identify potential risks and devise strategies for mitigating resistance to change.
- Collaborate with project managers, IT teams, and business leads to ensure alignment with project objectives.
- Create and deliver engaging change‑related communications and training materials for diverse audiences.
- Monitor adoption rates and effectiveness of change initiatives, making necessary adjustments for success.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Over 3 years of experience in change management within IT environments.
- Familiarity with change management methodologies like ADKAR or Prosci.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a knack for stakeholder management.
- Certification in change management, such as Prosci or ACMP.
- Experience with large‑scale enterprise IT implementations, including ERP, CRM, or cloud migration.
