About the Team

The Workday Success Plans Team focuses on customers’ post‑Go‑Live journey, creating programs that help them drive business value from their Workday applications. They deliver feature demonstrations, full deployments, and ongoing support to ensure customers achieve their goals.

About the Role

The Workday Success Plans team works directly with customers through targeted micro‑consulting engagements to help solve their business needs using the Workday application. As a trusted Workday advisor, you will guide customers through configuration, provide feature demonstrations, and troubleshoot issues while highlighting Workday best practices.

Primary Responsibilities

• Conduct research to understand customer questions and related Workday concepts.
• Deliver small‑scope consulting in response to customer requests, including configuration guidance, demonstrations, considerations, tips & tricks.
• Troubleshoot product configuration to resolve or optimize customer business requirements.
• Communicate responses and value to customers clearly and effectively.
• Create and deliver customer presentations and webinars to advance feature adoption.
• Provide one‑on‑one consulting guidance to accelerate adoption.
• Review customer tenants to identify adoption opportunities.
• Maintain Workday product expertise and certifications, staying current with the roadmap.
• Stay updated on industry practices and engage customers on these topics.
• Help drive the creation of new programs to accelerate customer feature adoption.

Additional Customer Enablement Services

• Office Hours appointments for consulting engagements.
• Configuration and business requirements reviews with deliverables outlining optimization opportunities.
• One‑on‑one customer configuration designs.
• Full deployments of Workday features.

Basic Qualifications

• 5+ years of implementation experience.
• 5+ years of experience with Workday deployments and financial systems.
• 3+ years of software consulting experience.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience (advanced degree preferred).
• Workday Certification or ability to certify in FDM, Record to Report, or Financial Accounting.
• Ability to understand new Workday features and distill complex concepts into clear presentations.
• Strong multitasking and critical‑thinking skills.
• Travel up to 20%.

Primary

Location:

Atlanta, GA, USA.

Base Pay Range: $116,900 – $175,400 USD (Atlanta)
Additional US Locations: $111,100 – $197,300 USD

A bonus plan, role‑specific commission, and annual stock grants may apply. Recruiters can share more detail during the hiring process.

Flexible Work

Workday combines in‑person and remote work. Team members are expected to spend at least 50% of their time each quarter in the office, field, or with customers, while being able to create a flexible schedule that fits their needs.
