A Day in the Life of an Online Data Analyst

In this role, you will be working on a project aimed at enhancing the content and quality of digital maps that are used by millions of people worldwide. You will complete research and evaluation tasks in a web‑based environment such as verifying and comparing data, and determining the relevance and accuracy of information.

• Conduct online research using search engines, online maps, and website information.
• Verify and compare geographic and contextual data for accuracy and relevance.
• Perform evaluation tasks across diverse content types including maps, news, audio and relevance assessments.
• Follow established guidelines to ensure consistent quality of data.
• Communicate findings and updates to the team as required.

• Full professional proficiency in Bengali and English languages.
• Resident in the United States or residing in the U.S. for the last 2 consecutive years.
• Familiarity with current and historical business, media, sport, news, social media, and cultural affairs in the United States.
• Daily access to a broadband internet connection, a computer, and relevant software.
• Flexibility to work across a diverse set of task types (maps, news, audio, relevance).

To be hired into the program, applicants will take an open‑book qualification exam to determine suitability, followed by . Study material and guidelines will be provided prior to the exam. The exam must be completed within a specific timeframe but at the applicant’s convenience.
