Senior Dynamics 365 F&O (OTC) Functional Analyst

Full Time | Remote
Salary: $130-160k

Vaco has partnered in the search for a Senior Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O) Order-to-Cash (OTC) Functional Analyst to support and deliver ERP solutions within a project-based manufacturing and distribution environment.

This role focuses on functional design, configuration, and optimization of OTC (O2C) processes in close partnership with business and technical teams.

• Lead functional design and configuration for Order-to-Cash (OTC) processes in Dynamics 365 F&O
• Gather and translate business requirements into functional specifications
• Configure D365 F&O modules including:
  • Project Management / Project Accounting
  • Sales Orders
  • Inventory Management
  • Shipping & Logistics
  • Invoicing
  • Credit & Collections
• Design end-to-end solutions including data mapping, workflows, integrations, and limited customizations
• Apply best practices to ensure data accuracy, controls, and process efficiency
• Develop test scripts and lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
• Support data migration efforts including data cleansing, transformation, and validation
• Build functional prototypes and demonstrations
• Troubleshoot functional and system issues in collaboration with technical teams
• Assist with documentation and end-user training

• 5+ years ERP experience, including 3+ years with Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O
• Strong experience supporting Order-to-Cash (OTC) processes in manufacturing, project-based, or distribution environments
• Functional expertise in:
  • OTC / O2C
  • Project Accounting
  • Sales Order Processing
  • Inventory & Supply Chain
  • Invoicing and Financial Transactions
• Experience working in Agile delivery environments
• Experience with Power Platform tools:
  • Power Automate
  • Power BI
  • Power Apps
