🔍 We’re on the lookout for a talented UX/UI Designer!

40-50K EUR | Full Remote (Spain) | Work with AI tools | Series A startup backed by top US VCs.

Agentero is a remote-first, Series A–backed startup building technology to modernize insurance distribution. One of our core initiatives, Producer flow (), is transforming how carriers manage producer onboarding and compliance for millions of users. With $25M+ raised from top investors including Foundation Capital (Uber, Netflix) and USV (Twitter, Coinbase). We're at an inflection point, and we're looking for builders to help us scale.

You’ll work closely with product and engineering to deliver end-to-end features, leveraging AI-assisted development to move faster and smarter.

• Seniority: 4+ years of experience in UX/UI design or a related field.
• Tools:
  Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch or Framer. We use Figma at Agentero.
• Basic knowledge of the web: forms, browsers, responsiveness, etc.

• Knowledge of HTML/CSS/JS.
• Animation.

💰 Salary: 40-50K EUR + equity.
