Part-Time Support Representative – Franklin, NC

Overview

We are now accepting applications for a part-time Support Representative in Franklin, North Carolina.

We’re seeking a part-time Support Representative to help during our busy tax season. In this role, you’ll assist customers with product questions, troubleshoot issues, and ensure users have a smooth experience with our automation solutions. You’ll work closely with the Customer Success & Support team to keep response times fast and service quality consistent.

This position reports to the Customer Success & Support Manager.

• Hours: 20–25 hours per week (January 5 – April 15, 2026)
• Schedule: Primarily weekday afternoon/evening shifts; occasional Saturdays during peak season
• Location: Franklin, NC

• Handle incoming support calls, chats, and email inquiries
• Troubleshoot basic product and account issues
• Escalate technical matters when needed
• Document interactions clearly and accurately
• Provide friendly, efficient support that aligns with company standards
• Assist with peak-season coverage, including some Saturday shifts

• Customer service or support experience preferred
• Comfortable using CRM systems and communication platforms
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Able to follow processes, multitask, and adapt during high-volume periods
• Reliable, responsive, and able to work independently
• High attention to detail and willingness to learn quickly
