• Serve as the primary post-sale point of contact for enterprise software clients, fostering strong relationships with key stakeholders
• Drive revenue through renewal of software licenses, usage growth, and further software adoption
• Monitor account health and metrics, identifying risks and opportunities for growth leading up to renewal
• Track success metrics and prepare quarterly business reviews (QBRs) to ensure customer satisfaction
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to communicate client feedback and influence product development

• Typically requires 2+ years of relevant experience in software sales, customer success, or project management
• Strong scientific background, preferably in molecular biology
• Demonstrated written and verbal communication and training skills
• Outstanding problem-solving and interpersonal abilities
• Commitment to providing exceptional customer service

• Minimum of 2+ years of related experience with a degree in Bioinformatics, Clinical Data Analysis, Molecular Biology, Genetics, or Biochemistry; advanced degrees like MBA or PhD are a plus
