- Analyze current IAM processes and design efficient, secure future-state solutions
- Create comprehensive documentation including business requirements and user stories
- Act as a liaison between business units and IT teams to align on IAM strategies
- Support the full project lifecycle, including user acceptance testing and post-implementation support
- 1 to 3 years of experience in a relevant role
- Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
- Strong understanding of IAM principles and best practices
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively
- Experience with SailPoint or similar IAM platforms
- Familiarity with process modeling tools such as BPMN or Visio
- Knowledge of regulatory frameworks like GDPR and HIPAA
- Experience with user acceptance testing (UAT) and training support
- Analytical mindset for process improvement and compliance
