** What You’ll Do**
* ** Bridge Business & Tech**:
Partner with product owners, stakeholders, and delivery teams to gather and document functional and non-functional requirements.
* ** Fuel Agile Delivery**:
Translate business needs into clear user stories and specs that align with sprint goals and product vision.
* ** Champion Quality**:
Collaborate with Dev team to define test strategies and ensure solutions meet expectations.
* ** Analyze & Improve**:
Use your knowledge of
** Order Management
** and
** Order to Cash
** processes to identify opportunities for optimization.
* ** Drive Collaboration**:
Actively participate in agile ceremonies—sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives—and contribute to continuous improvement.
* ** Document & Communicate**:
Create process flows, functional documentation, and support solution demos and workshops.
** What You Bring
*** 2–4 years of experience as a Business Analyst in Agile/Scrum environments.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
* Excellent communicator—able to bridge technical and non-technical teams.
* Experience with
** Jira**,
** Confluence**, and writing basic
** SQL
* * queries.
* Exposure to ERP modules like
** Order to Cash
** or
** Procure to Pay**.
* Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, collaborative setting.
* Experience supporting test planning and execution.
* Ability to create functional workflow diagrams
