Background
Our company is supporting Public Sector Government (Federal, State, Local, and Educational) projects by implementing a cloud based Integrated Workplace Management System (IWMS). The system will meet the current and future needs of the Agency by providing critical administrative digitized workflow activities for Facilities Asset Management and other business processes.
Job DescriptionThis position requires both strong customer facing interaction skills and hands‑on technical management and development of project documents and providing hands‑on technical development providing leadership of development teams for full systems development lifecycle of planning, design, build, test, and deployment for Service Now‑Nuvolo Integrated Workplace Management System (IWMS) Facilities Management enterprise cloud application implementation project. The position will support across SAFE Agile development team with Service Now platform and plugin Nuvolo application, Data Migration Analysis, Application Interfaces, Nuvolo Application functional configuration support and deployment activities including Security Assessment and Authorization.
ResponsibilitiesFull SDLC experience in facilitating the implementation of Enterprise COTS Business Applications within the Federal Government to include managing Project Master Schedule in MS Project, managing Periodic Government Reviews, project Deliverables, work product and deliverable development, Test Management, and deployment.
Must be detail oriented and strong communication with Customer and actively promote collaboration and communication across the development team.
Core System Needs- Data Integration and Enterprise Application Integration (EAI)
- Service Now platform installation and post‑install configuration
- Nuvolo IWMS / Facilities Management
90% Remote and periodic onsite meetings with MTC internal management, team, and customers.
Background Check and Federal Security ClearanceMust undergo a Background Check and receive a Public Trust Clearance Level to perform on this project.

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in Computer Science, Information Systems, or other related disciplines.
General Experience- Ten (10) or more years’ project experience with Enterprise COTS implementation.
- Three (8) or more years’ experience in implementation of Service Now.
- Seven (5) or more years’ Service Now project experience as the overall leader of IT projects for Federal Government organizations.
- Two (2) or more years of Nuvolo application implementation and/or training services.
