• Lead and mentor the mobile QA automation team, including task planning, guidance, and code reviews.
• Define, build, and continuously improve the mobile test automation strategy.
• Develop and maintain automated test suites for:
• Integrate and optimize automated tests within the CI/CD pipeline to ensure fast and reliable execution.
• Collaborate closely with mobile developers, manual QA, Dev Ops, and product teams.
• Analyze test results, manage test stability, and increase test coverage.
• Drive continuous improvement of the testing infrastructure, tooling, and automation workflows.

• 4+ years of experience in mobile QA automation.
• Proven leadership experience
  : mentoring engineers, conducting code reviews, managing workload, and driving technical decisions.
• Strong hands-on experience with Android test automation using Kaspresso and iOS test automation using XCUITest
  .
• Proficiency in Kotlin (for Android automation) and Swift (for iOS automation).
• Experience designing and maintaining automation frameworks and test architecture.
• Solid understanding of mobile application structure, UI frameworks, and debugging tools.
• Experience integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines (Git Lab, Jenkins, Git Hub Actions, or similar).
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
