The Digital Marketing Manager guides the organization’s online strategy and ensures the company has a strong and cohesive presence across all digital channels. This position is responsible for managing social platforms, the corporate website, paid media efforts, search visibility, content creation, and performance analytics. The role oversees the entire digital marketing lifecycle, working to strengthen brand awareness, boost engagement, and support lead‑generation activities.
CoreResponsibilities
- Shape and implement an overarching digital marketing roadmap aligned with company objectives.
- Oversee daily operations of all social media accounts, including content planning, publishing, audience interaction, and tracking engagement results.
- Direct the ongoing evolution of the company website—covering layout, navigation, content updates, UX improvements, and any online purchasing functionality.
- Plan and manage paid advertising initiatives across channels such as Google, Meta, and Linked In, continuously refining performance.
- Lead search optimization efforts, including keyword strategy and ongoing SEO refinement.
- Create and maintain a content calendar and produce or supervise blog and long‑form content.
- Partner with product, clinical, and sales teams to execute coordinated digital campaigns.
- Review analytics across all digital touchpoints and present key findings and recommendations to leadership.
- Coordinate external agencies, creative resources, and freelancers when needed.
- Maintain consistent brand representation across every digital platform.
- Handle additional assigned tasks as they arise.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Comfortable working collaboratively within teams as well as independently.
- Demonstrated initiative, creativity, and ability to support ongoing organizational goals.
- Proficiency in English.
- solid computer literacy, including common office applications (Word, Outlook, Excel) and A/V tools for presentations.
- Broad business understanding combined with relevant industry knowledge.
- Ability to work in a hybrid setting, including remote work when permitted.
- Willingness to work occasional evenings or weekends when deadlines or events require it.
- Readiness to travel as needed.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- At least five years of digital marketing experience.
- Strong grasp of SEO/SEM, analytics platforms, and fundamentals of website user experience.
- Ability to create content—both written and basic visual—and guide creative development.
- Proven ability to handle multiple projects, prioritize, and make informed decisions.
- A data‑driven mindset paired with creative problem‑solving abilities.
- Experience using CRM systems, marketing automation tools, and analytics software.
