The Opportunity:

You will be responsible for executing the Transformation of projects and service delivery to our customers. The ideal candidate has experience implementing contract management software in a legal vertical. Equally comfortable liaising with C‑level clients or their tech teams, assists with pre‑release testing and documentation of our application, along with the Transformation and onboarding of our clients.

• Oversee Partner Implementations: Manage and coordinate the complete lifecycle of partner implementations, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met.
• Solution Sign‑Off: Validate and approve proposed solutions from partners, ensuring alignment with business and technical requirements before implementation.
• Configuration Review and Approval: Conduct thorough reviews of partner configurations to verify compliance with established guidelines and sign off on final configurations.
• Weekly Status Reviews: Organise and lead weekly review meetings to monitor progress, discuss issues, and outline next steps for partner projects.
• Primary Point of Contact: Serve as the main liaison for partners regarding all CLM solution‑related questions, support, and escalations.
• Progress Tracking and Reporting: Track partner project progress and produce regular reports summarising status, KPIs, and critical issues for stakeholders.
• Issue Resolution Management: Address and resolve implementation challenges promptly, escalating complex problems to internal teams as needed.
