Our Marketing Systems Administrator will report directly to the Marketing Manager and collaborate closely with the Marketing Events Coordinator and Fire & Security Sales teams to drive measurable business impact through technology-driven marketing performance.
The Marketing Systems Administrator is responsible for optimizing Radius’s marketing systems and workflows to increase lead generation, support sales enablement, enhance project status visibility and improve data accuracy.
This role manages CRM and sales/marketing platforms (Hub Spot, Zoom Info, Panda Docs, Webflow), ensuring automations are configured to save time, improve attribution tracking, and enhance reporting/status visibility.
This is a fantastic entry-level opportunity for someone who wants to get into Marketing and enjoys working with systems, processes, programs, and data.
Location: Richmond, BC (In-Office). After successfully completing the training period, team member will have the option to work from home on Fridays.
Compensation: $50- $60K/annually, depending on experience.

- Maintain and optimize CRM and marketing platforms (Hub Spot, Panda Docs, Webflow) to improve automation, workflow efficiency, and user adoption.
- Streamline quote creation and system functionality to support sales representatives.
- Reduce reliance on developer support by managing basic design and Webflow updates.
- Using Zoom Info, Insight and other online data sources, find target contacts and send information to sales through CRM.
- Ensure accurate data capture and attribution in CRM to track marketing‑sourced revenue.
- Create and maintain dashboards and performance reports for the VP of Sales & Marketing and Marketing Manager.
- Track campaign revenue attribution, cross‑sell performance, and lead source effectiveness.
- Provide insights that inform campaign optimization and strategic decisions.
- Work with sales to track event attendance and attributed revenue.
- Partner with the Marketing Manager to execute campaigns and events that leverage automated workflows.
- Work closely with Sales to streamline quote creation, approvals, and follow‑ups.
- Serve as a subject‑matter expert for marketing technology tools, providing training and support to internal teams.
- Manage Marketing queue and respond to internal requests within 24 hours and clearly communicate timelines and progress updates.
- Update the Marketing Calendar of events and distribute regularly to sales teams.
- Actively contribute to a collaborative, solutions‑focused marketing culture.
- Identify new opportunities for automation and workflow enhancement.
- Maintain a helpful, responsive, and positive presence within the team.
- 1+ years of experience in marketing operations, CRM administration, or marketing technology.
- Familiarity with platforms such as Hub Spot, Panda Docs, Zoom Info and Insight, would be considered a strong asset. Bonus, if you have experience with Zapier.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining accurate data and records. You thrive while organizing and cleaning data.
- Excellent communication skills; able to collaborate effectively with marketing, sales, and operations teams. Excellent ability documenting, logging and tracking.
- Demonstrated technical agility; ability to learn new systems, build efficient workflows and optimize platforms.
- Comfortable working with Standard Operating Procedures and you love to follow the process.
- Self‑motivated, eager to learn, and committed to continuous improvement.
