• Bachelor’s Degree and 4 years of experience in Systems Support, Analytics, or Operations Support, or High School Diploma/GED with 8 years of related experience
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
• Proven experience in business process reengineering and systems analysis
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Familiarity with SDLC and Agile methodologies

• Over 10 years of experience as a business systems analyst in the financial industry
• Experience with data management projects, including data governance and quality
• Proven track record in requirements elicitation and solutions design
• Knowledge of financial instruments like USD Wires and International Wires
• Familiarity with tools such as GFX, Swift, AWS, and Payments Manager
