Business Systems Analyst; Partial Remote - Supply Chain Business Operations and Systems

• Design and develop reports and documents for existing business processes using information systems
• Modify processes to address business issues utilizing current information systems
• Assist in the development of high‑level project definitions and cost assessments
• Prepare detailed functional specifications from high‑level project definitions
• Train users in new procedures and systems, including the development of training materials

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• Minimum of 1 year of related experience
• Ability to work independently or with appropriate information technology staff
• Experience in creating databases or using existing ones
• Strong oral and written communication skills for customer interactions

• Experience in the design and development of user test plans
• Familiarity with internal controls and reporting structuresi>
• Previous experience in training users on new systems and procedures
