Job Overview

We are accepting applications for the Healthcare Business Analyst position at Leap Metrics. This role focuses on improving population health through the Sevida platform.

What You Will Do
  • Lead Sevida implementation efforts as the subject matter expert.
  • Ensure project deliverables meet specifications, timeliness, and quality.
  • Conduct discovery of customer needs.
  • Create and communicate functional and technical business requirement documents from customers to the implementation team.
  • Build strategic roadmaps informed by customer feedback; drive fact‑based decision‑making across teams.
  • Collaborate with product managers, project managers, and UX/UI developers (on‑shore and offshore).
  • Act as the liaison between customers, business units, technology, and support teams.
  • Institute and maintain an effective, efficient, responsive management organization, oversee contracted personnel and subcontracted resources, and be responsible for program control and management.
  • Establish, execute, and oversee project operations including budgeting, forecasting, contracting, compliance, capacity planning, and project planning.
  • Provide strategic analysis, metrics, reporting, and architectural models to assist executive management.
  • Manage teams focused on product and implementation; drive accountability and excellence across the organization.
  • Facilitate cross‑functional team discussions to determine objectives, metrics, priorities, and gaps.
  • Connect as a liaison between stakeholders, development and implementation teams, release management, and managers providing guidance on timing, risks, dependencies, and impacted resources.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, strategists, and teams to align on strategic proposals, evaluate solutions, build statements of work, and assist in negotiating contracts.
  • Establish relationships with clients, teammates, and stakeholders on every project.
  • Mentor and collaborate with other team members; foster a collaborative remote work environment.
  • Remove inefficiencies and coordinate improvements with scalability.
  • Deliver exceptional client experience throughout any engagement.
  • Contribute to the Leap Sevida Healthcare product vision and strategy.
  • Assist in end‑to‑end launch of Leap Metrics products and solutions.
  • Assist with backlog management and release planning.
  • Assist in handling customer or sales team requests.
  • All other duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Resource Management, Industrial Engineering, Operations Research, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience implementing healthcare software.
  • Healthcare software experience required.
  • Startup experience is a plus.
  • Technology expertise is a plus.
  • Demonstrated ability to create business requirement documents.
  • Strong ability to lead requirement conversations with customers, ideate on solutions, and articulate problems and possible solutions to the internal team.
  • Provide clear communication and documentation.
  • Proven ability to learn new technology quickly and effectively.
  • Ability to work on multiple projects/products and technologies concurrently.
  • Expertise in working in the entire agile software development lifecycle, including production delivery and some phases of post‑implementation support.
  • Ability to travel as needed.
  • Must be authorized to work in the US.
  • Experience working with teams distributed globally.

US only – Dallas/Ft. Worth Metroplex
