• Gather and document business requirements through interviews and analysis, ensuring effective management of PAM/JIT controls
• Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement efficient PAM solutions that streamline access management processes
• Assist with audit requests and compile evidence packages to ensure compliance with internal policies and standards
• Generate metrics and reports related to PAM objectives as part of the overall Mission Padlock program
• Facilitate requirements discussions and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

• Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
• 8+ years of experience as an IAM Systems Analyst, Business Systems Analyst, or similar role
• Strong understanding of agile delivery methodologies and frameworks (e.g., SAFe, Scrum, Kanban)
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio
• Experience with financial services industry applications, systems, and trends

• SAFe Agilist, Product Owner/Product Manager, Scrum Master, or Lean Portfolio Management certification
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or other IT industry certifications such as Dev Ops or Microsoft Azure
• Knowledge of software/system engineering best practices
• Experience with identity and access management systems like Cyber Ark or Saviynt
• Familiarity with database schema analysis and optimization recommendations
