** The Opportunity

** What You'll Do**:
** Customer-First Innovation**-Interview customers to uncover pain points and identify opportunities for streamlining their experience
- Use AI tools (like Claude and other natural language tools) to summarize and distill insights from customer conversations
- Translate feedback into actionable product requirements that the engineering team can run with.
** AI-Powered Product Development**- Set up and maintain software/product processes that reduce manual intervention and increase efficiency
- Collaborate with engineering teams by gathering and communicating customer feedback
- Leverage AI tools to accelerate product development, from prototyping to documentation
** Strategic Execution**- Manage projects and track progress using Jira, Confluence, and other collaboration tools
- Work on a flexible, project-based workload where you'll take initiative in shaping the product's future direction- (Nice to have) Provide input on UI/UX improvements that enhance usability and delight our customers
** Experience & Skills**- You have solid product management and project management experience under your belt
- You're familiar with product management methodologies and market research approaches
- You communicate clearly and can work directly with customers you’re not afraid to pick up the phone or jump on a video call
- You're proficient with Jira, Confluence, and Microsoft OƯice (the usual suspects)-   You have experience with AI tools, especially Claude ‚and you understand how to leverage AI to work smarter, not harder Technical Comfort
- You understand how AI systems work and can have meaningful conversations with data scientists and ML engineers
- You're comfortable with the idea that AI systems are probabilistic, not deterministic, and you know how to set expectations around model limitations and opportunities
- You don't need to write code, but you appreciate the technical constraints and possibilities
