• Develop and execute comprehensive paid search strategies that align with B2B objectives
• Manage and optimize campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads and Microsoft Ads
• Create compelling ad copy and designs in collaboration with creative teams
• Conduct A/B testing on various campaign elements to optimize performance
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing actionable insights

• Minimum of 3 years of hands‑on experience in executing digital ad campaigns
• Proficiency in analytics tools including GA4 and Adobe Analytics
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with a focus on data‑driven decision‑making
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities to work with cross‑functional teams
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field

• Certifications in relevant platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, Google Analytics) are a plus
