What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Lead the development and execution of digital marketing strategies and campaigns across various channels
  • Manage paid media initiatives, including budget allocation and ad optimisations, to maximise return on ad spend (ROAS)
  • Design and optimise integrated marketing automation workflows and nurture campaigns in Hub Spot
  • Develop comprehensive reporting dashboards and KPI tracking systems to provide actionable insights
  • Collaborate with design and content teams to create compelling advertising creatives and messaging
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, specifically in paid media, email marketing, and marketing automation
  • Proven experience in executing paid media campaigns across platforms such as Google Adwords and Linked In
  • Proficiency in Hub Spot for creating emails, landing pages, and workflows
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in marketing analytics and reporting tools
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  • Expert proficiency in marketing automation platforms such as Hub Spot, Marketo, or Pardot
  • Certifications in Google Adwords, Google Analytics, and Linked In advertising
  • Experience working within an agile marketing framework
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, particularly in managing vendor and agency relationships
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
