Quality Analyst II - Remote

• Participate in requirements gathering and test strategy planning, and create, review, and execute test cases
• Define test data and ensure product changes meet specifications or customer expectations
• Communicate and track defects or differences in function between the program and specifications
• Develop and execute automated tests, and suggest quality improvements in the development cycle
• Mentor QA testers and act as the subject matter expert for assigned products or projects

• Minimum of four years’ experience in IT QA
• Solid proficiency in testing tools, including Azure Dev Ops (2+ years experience) and SQL expertise (2+ years)
• Strong experience in SAP S/4
  
  HANA functional testing (GL, AP, PO)
• Understanding of major testing types including system/integration, regression, and error testing (2+ years)
• Proficient in verbal and written English with excellent communication skills

• Experience with test automation tools such as Tricentis Tosca and AccelQ
• Knowledge of cloud ALM and financial business processes
• Experience directing and mentoring others in a QA team (1+ years)
• Understanding of testing proficiency in multiple SDLCs (Agile, Waterfall)
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
