Lead UX Designer

Overview

Job Title: Lead UX Designer (25-15781)

INSPYR Solutions, LLC in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, is seeking a Lead UX Designer to create and maintain a comprehensive design system that can effectively accommodate the complexity of components being developed.

• Convert business requirements into both low-fidelity and high-fidelity prototypes, including wireframes, storyboards, sitemaps, and screen flows.
• Lead and conduct usability testing, present findings, and make data-driven design decisions.
• Develop user personas and usage scenarios to guide and inform design choices.
• Define and meticulously document design components to facilitate efficient collaboration.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure designs align with project goals.
• Present design concepts and solutions to diverse audiences, from technical experts to non-technical stakeholders.

This position has no direct reports and does not supervise the work of any other employees.

Minimum

Bachelor's degree or higher in Design Management, Design Engineering or related field and 5 years of experience in the job offered or related positions with the required experience.

• 5 years of professional design experience, with a portfolio showing expertise in creating and maintaining Design Systems.
• Design tools like Sketch, with ability to create and update design components in design systems.
• Experience presenting design concepts to business stakeholders.

Job duties are project-based and performed on long-term assignments at various locations within the U.S., which may require relocation at the end of each project. Salary: $141,440.
