Associate Product Manager

• Learn and enhance vertical domain knowledge for your assigned product area
• Support the Product Line team leader by participating in customer meetings and gathering requirements
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to devise innovative solutions
• Develop User Journeys, Story Maps, User Stories, and Non-Functional requirements to articulate business needs
• Maintain and groom the backlog for your assigned product

• Bachelor’s degree in information systems, computer science, or a similar field
• Up to 3 years of experience in the software industry or a related role focused on business intelligence or data management
• Strong analytical skills and creative problem‑solving abilities
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with polished presentation skills
• Familiarity with collaboration tools such as Microsoft Teams

• Experience in gathering functional requirements for software application development
• Prior exposure to the Life Sciences or Health Insurance industry
• Familiarity with Excel, including complex formulas and pivot tables
• Basic skills in SQL, Python, or VBA for data analysis
• Experience with product management and Agile methodologies, particularly in Scrum teams
