Autoline Support Analyst (Part-Time, Hybrid)
Our client is looking for an experienced Autoline Support Analyst to play a key role in supporting and enhancing the Autoline Dealer Management System (DMS) used across the business.
This is a part‑time, hybrid position, offering the flexibility of remote working for most of the week, with occasional on‑site collaboration at Coventry when required.
The RoleAs an Autoline Support Analyst, you’ll act as a vital link between IT, business users and third‑party suppliers. You’ll help ensure the smooth day‑to‑day operation of the Autoline system, maintain high data quality and support system users while contributing to wider projects and system improvements.
What You’ll Be Doing- Managing user access and security requests within Autoline, including new starters, changes and leavers
- Providing second‑line technical support, troubleshooting issues and ensuring timely resolution
- Working closely with external suppliers to escalade and track system issues through to completion
- Maintaining accurate records within internal and supplier ticketing systems
- Carrying out key data maintenance activities to support system accuracy and business operations
- Supporting period‑end processes across financial modules
- Contributing to project work by sharing system expertise, coordinating communications and supporting delivery milestones
- Proven experience in IT support or application support
- Strong problem‑solving skills with excellent attention to detail
- Confidence working with data and maintaining system integrity
- Hands‑on experience supporting the Autoline Dealer Management System
- Background in automotive retail, dealership or related environments
- IT certifications such as ITIL, CompTIA or Microsoft
- Clear and confident communication with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders
- Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
- Strong collaboration skills and a customer‑focused mindset
- Familiarity with IT service management tools and ticketing systems
- Part‑time: 3 days per week (Tuesday to Thursday), contract
- Hybrid: Predominantly remote, with occasional on‑site visits for meetings or collaboration
