• Deliver project work stream management and client interface presentations
• Collaborate with client staff and leadership to address complex challenges
  
  Utilize Huron tools and methodologies for the selection, planning, and implementation of enterprise software and analytics solutions
• Manage and mentor junior staff members in project delivery
• Translate information from meetings into documentation for project teams and participants

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience
• 2–4 years of experience with Oracle Cloud implementations in HCM, Learning, Recruiting, or Talent modules
• Strong analytical skills for documentation and reporting
• Excellent oral and written communication skills with interpersonal abilities for relationship building
• Self‑discipline for managing project work streams with minimal supervision

• Experience as a functional application specialist
• Demonstrated ability to learn new tools, techniques, and methodologies
• Strong attention to detail with a quality‑focused mindset
• Enjoyment of teamwork and collaboration
• Willingness to travel as needed for client engagements
