- Develop and present material for executive leadership discussions
- Identify and drive improvement initiatives within the Claims organization
- Collaborate with process analysts to create new metrics and actionable insights from data
- Bachelor’s degree preferred; experience in data or performance analytics preferred
- Strong data analytics skills with familiarity in tools such as Snowflake, Oracle, Excel, and Tableau
- Intermediate SQL skills or better with the ability to manage large data sets
- Proven ability to collaborate with business partners to deliver actionable insights
- Strong communication skills and ability to build partnerships
- Understanding of the Agile framework
- Property claim experience
- Documented track record of creating innovative data solutions
