Mission Technologies is seeking a Network Administrator to support the Navy Enterprise Tactical Training Network (NETTN), a system that provides distributed modeling and simulation capabilities across the Navy Integrated Training Environment (NITE). This position operates within the technical footprint of the Navy Operational Support Center (NOSC), ensuring secure and reliable network infrastructure in support of mission-critical naval training systems.

The Network Administrator will manage server and workstation configurations, apply cybersecurity compliance measures, and resolve technical issues alongside a supportive team. The role includes Windows server administration, Group Policy Object (GPO) management, Dynamic Host Configuration Protocol (DHCP) configuration, patching, and implementation of Security Technical Implementation Guides (STIGs). Candidate must be comfortable working independently and within team environments to ensure operational excellence.

What you will do

Administer and maintain Microsoft Windows servers and workstations across enterprise environments

Configure and manage Active Directory, GPOs, and DHCP reservations

Apply operating system patches and enforce DoD STIG compliance standards

Monitor and support Local Area Network (LAN), Wide Area Network (WAN), and Virtual Private Network (VPN) performance

Configure and maintain network hardware such as routers, firewalls, multiplexers, bridges, hubs, and gateways
