• Advanced English level (B2 or higher).
• Upper‑Intermediate French level or higher.
• Minimum 4 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• Proven experience working on AI or AI‑driven products.
• Strong background collaborating with IT and software development teams.
• Solid understanding of Jira and Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum.

• Experience working in international or multicultural environments.
• Familiarity with data‑driven decision‑making and AI model lifecycle concepts.
• Certifications in Business Analysis or Agile frameworks.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
• Work closely with IT and development teams to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Support design, development, and optimization of AI‑based products.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Manage and track requirements, user stories, and tasks using Jira.
• Ensure alignment between business objectives and product delivery throughout the development lifecycle.
• Facilitate communication across cross‑functional and multilingual teams.
