• Lead the development of AI products from concept to real‑world testing, defining hypotheses and driving rapid build‑measure‑learn cycles
• Design innovative, agentic experiences that transform traditional workflows into AI‑driven journeys
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams including engineers, designers, and researchers to create and iterate prototypes based on customer feedback
• Define success metrics, conduct A/B testing, and evaluate product impact on quality and business outcomes
• Drive the productionization of successful prototypes and ensure alignment on responsible AI practices

• Minimum of 5 years in a product management role with experience in consumer products, including multiple product launches
• Strong understanding of AI technologies and their applications in product development
• Proven ability to manage ambiguous projects and create functional prototypes based on customer insights
• Experience in defining metrics, conducting experiments, and evaluating product performance
• Ability to communicate complex ideas clearly to both technical and non‑technical audiences

• Experience with responsible AI practices, including safety, privacy, and bias mitigation
• Background in real estate technology or related fields
• Familiarity with modern AI capabilities such as large language models
• Strong interest in innovative product development and user‑centered design
• Experience working with cross‑functional teams in a fast‑paced environment
