• Develop comprehensive Salesforce solutions that align with business objectives and technical requirements
• Collaborate with business leaders and stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure solutions meet their needs
• Provide technical guidance and leadership to development teams, ensuring adherence to best practices
• Customize Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components to meet specific business needs
• Conduct thorough testing and validation of solutions to ensure quality standards are met

• Extensive experience in Salesforce development and architecture, with a strong understanding of Salesforce products and features
• Master’s Degree with 8+ years of relevant experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Salesforce Certified Administration and Advanced Administrator required
• Proven leadership abilities, including collaboration with cross-functional teams and mentoring team members
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions

• Salesforce Certified Platform Architect and Platform Developer I preferred
• Additional certifications such as Salesforce Certified Application Architect, Salesforce Certified System Architect, and others are highly desirable
• Experience with integration tools and techniques
• Exceptional communication and presentation abilities
• Strong interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder management
