- Lead data analytics team activities focused on Business Analytics within a cross-functional setting
- Utilize IBM Planning Analytics (TM1) to develop financial and operational solutions
- Collaborate with technology teams to manage data extraction, transformation, and loading from various sources
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance organizational efficiency
- Bachelor's degree required
- Minimum of 8 years of relevant work experience
- Deep expertise with IBM Planning Analytics (TM1), including system configuration and model building
- Proven proficiency with IBM Planning Analytics (TM1) Rules and TI coding, SQL, and MDX queries
- Strong communication skills and a creative problem-solving mindset
- Experience with BI Tools, preferably Power BI
- Knowledge of data modeling, data warehousing, and ETL pipeline construction
- Familiarity with TM1
Py and REST API - Experience with Jira and Agile delivery methods
- Strong interpersonal skills and a dependable nature
