Growth Marketing Coordinator; Remote Eastern Time Zone

Responsibilities

• Assist with all marketing activities across the NORAM funnel, supporting channel owners and cross-functional teams
• Manage Hub Spot operational tasks, including:
  List uploads, segmentation, and data hygiene
• Creation and maintenance of landing pages and forms
• Email builds, QA, scheduling, and performance pulls
• Maintain and update campaign assets, tagging structures, and reporting links to ensure accurate attribution
• Support digital marketing and ABM efforts
• Pull dashboards, reports, and campaign performance insights for Growth Marketing team
• Support funnel tracking (S1 → S2 → S3 → Closed Won bookings) by validating data accuracy and surfacing anomalies

• 1-3 years of experience in digital marketing, demand generation, or marketing operations (B2B SaaS preferred)
• Strong proficiency with Hub Spot Marketing Hub (required)
• Experience with Salesforce, Excel/Sheets, reporting dashboards, and basic data analysis (all required)
• Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and operational follow-through
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communicator with a proactive, execution-focused mindset
• Availability for a Monday - Friday work schedule with flexibility to collaborate with Global team members.
