• Lead the integration of predictive models into the company's recommendation engine in collaboration with Engineering and Business teams
• Drive the full lifecycle of yield optimization models, from ideation to production monitoring and iteration
• Continuously evaluate and enhance model accuracy to impact key business KPIs, including revenue and conversion rates
• Utilize sophisticated models to match users with optimal offers, benefiting internal agencies and external buyers
• Manage external partnerships to align model performance with partner goals and ensure mutual success

• 7+ years of experience in Data Science roles implementing predictive models
• Proven full-stack data proficiency with end-to-end ownership of predictive models in production
• Experience with recommendation systems, ad tech, or yield optimization models
• Expert proficiency in SQL and ability to independently source and wrangle data across the full stack
• Strong business and product acumen to translate complex business problems into clear analytical questions

• Experience with ML platforms (e.g., Data Robot) or a background in Ad Tech/Insurtech
