Responsibilities
  • Onboard and manage UpGuard customers to ensure effective use of the platform
  • Provide resources such as success plans and customer-specific training sessions
  • Engage customers early and frequently to maximize their experience with Up Guard
  • Translate customer requirements into tailored solutions based on their risk management frameworks
  • Monitor customer health and provide proactive education to enhance platform usage
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in customer success, project management, or account management
  • Professional to native fluency in Spanish and English
  • Highly organized with the ability to document existing processes and create new documentation
  • Understanding of cyber risk management or risk management frameworks
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with various internal groups
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with Customer Success tools, such as Churn Zero or Gain Sight
  • Familiarity with a CRM, such as Hub Spot or Salesforce
  • Basic/working knowledge of APIs and understanding of Cyber Security best practices
  • Experience conducting training sessions
  • Knowledge of the Spanish language at varied levels of proficiency
