RTX Corporation is seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Developer to join our Business Systems Application Support team. This role involves the development, maintenance, and support of business-critical applications. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both front-end and back-end development, with a particular emphasis on database experience as a must-have requirement. Candidates must possess excellent problem-solving skills and demonstrate a commitment to delivering high-quality solutions.

Additionally, experience with Agile methodologies, particularly SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework), is essential for success in this role.
** What you will do
*** Develop, maintain, and support business systems applications, ensuring they meet the needs of internal stakeholders.
* Troubleshoot and resolve application issues, providing timely and effective solutions.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver high-quality software solutions.
* Participate in code reviews, ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards.
* Maintain and improve application performance, scalability, and security.
* Create and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications and user guides.
* Participate in Agile SAFe ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement within the Agile framework.
* Provide mentorship and guidance to junior developers, fostering a collaborative and innovative team environment.
** Qualifications You Must Have
*** Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
* 5+ years of experience in fullstack development, with a strong understanding of both front-end and back-end technologies.
* Front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, Java, JavaScript, C# and modern frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js). as well as Proficiency in back-end technologies such as Node.js, Python, Java, or .NET.

* Application architectures and related technologies. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
