: a professional who understands technology and guides clients toward the most suitable solutions.
Full‑time Technical Sales Manager
Your RoleAs the technical and content expert within the commercial process, you are the link between the client and the solution. You handle incoming inquiries, support the tender and proposal process, and ensure every request is translated into a clear and compelling offer. You work closely with Sales, Engineering, and Operations to turn technical possibilities into concrete solutions.
Your responsibilities include:- Analysing client needs and translating them into technical and operational workflows.
- Preparing and supporting proposals, tenders, and RFPs—from simple price indications to complete tender dossiers.
- Writing workflow documentation, diagrams, technical descriptions, and solution outlines.
- Ensuring clarity, quality, and consistency across all commercial documents.
- Advising clients on technical possibilities and the best‑fit solutions.
In short: you make sure every client request becomes a technically feasible, efficiently developed, and commercially balanced solution.
Who Are We Looking For?Not a traditional salesperson.
Not a pure technician.
But someone with broad insight into live media workflows and the ability to communicate technical information clearly and persuasively.
- Have proven experience in broadcast, media, AV, remote production, or technical live workflows.
- Are familiar with preparing or supporting proposals, tenders, or technical documentation.
- Excel at structuring, analyzing, and translating complex technical information.
- Work accurately, respect deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Communicate effectively—both internally and with clients.
- Speak fluent Dutch and English (French is a plus).
- Enjoy variety: one day a simple proposal, the next a complex international project.
