• Contribute to the enterprise data roadmap by identifying data gaps and defining requirements
• Develop self-service business intelligence solutions to enhance decision-making capabilities
• Write high-quality code in multiple languages for data querying, transformation, and visualization

• Bachelor's or higher degree in a technical or quantitative discipline, or equivalent relevant experience
• Practical industry experience using statistical methods and preparing model-ready data sets for AI/ML
• Experience deploying self-service BI solutions using modern tools like Tableau or Power BI
• Proficiency in SQL, and R or Python for data analysis and visualization
• Strong decision-making and critical-thinking skills

• Familiarity with public company requirements, including Sarbanes-Oxley regulations
• Experience communicating analyses to both technical and non-technical audiences
