• Act as Lead Consultant on customer engagements, managing multiple project teams
• Oversee project delivery processes, including scope management and change requests
• Maintain regular communication with customers and internal teams to manage expectations
• Accurately forecast revenue, profitability, and utilization across projects
• Capture and communicate experiences in formal post-mortem sessions to improve consulting practices

• 5-7+ years of experience as a project manager, including delivering enterprise-scale web applications or analytics implementations
• Experience with one or more Adobe Experience Cloud solutions, preferably AEM or AEP
• Proven ability to lead diverse, multi-functional teams and effectively communicate with senior client executives
• Solid understanding of custom software development processes and engagement methodologies
• Must be able to travel up to 40-60%

• Certifications such as Project Management Professional, Agile, Certified Scrum Master, or PRINCE2
• Prior experience with Microsoft Dynamics and Workfront
