This position will include a $20K Sign On Bonus, if hired as an employee for Enlighten.Anticipated Salary Range:$-$. The salary range for this role is intended as a good faith estimate based on the role's location, expectations, and responsibilities. When extending an offer, Enlighten takes a variety of factors into consideration which include, but are not limited to, the role's function, internal equity and a candidate's education or training, work experience, certifications and key skills.

Enlighten is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Dev Ops Engineer to join our fast-paced development team. The ideal candidate will have strong working knowledge in Linux systems containers, administration, and a background in Big Data solutions, configuration management, automation, scripting, and AWS. The Dev Ops Engineer will be responsible for implementing infrastructure, automating deployment processes, and ensuring the reliability and scalability of our services.
Work is performed on customer site (on average 4-5 days a week) with a great team. Some travel is expected as well.

- Build, design, implement, and refine cloud architecture while providing prescriptive guidance across the network and security
- Support development and deployment of non-cloud (Edge) infrastructure of on-premise and portable equipment
- Lead early scoping definitions and identifies critical dependencies
- Collaborate with functional business units to drive business solutions and direction
- Automate deployment processes and ensure reliability and scalability of services
- Manage and maintain Kubernetes containers and cloud infrastructure on AWS
- Act as the primary escalation point for tier 3 operational issues, ensuring timely resolution and root cause analysis
- Collaborate with development teams to integrate their applications into the infrastructure
- Continuously improve processes and tools to ensure high availability and performance
- Stay current with new technologies and industry trends, continuously exploring new ways to improve our infrastructure
- Possess the ability to serve as an organization spokesperson on advanced projects and/or programs; acting as advisor to management and customers on advanced technical research studies and applications
- Other duties as assigned
- Security Clearance –A current Top Secret
U.S. Government Security Clearance is required; U.S. Citizenship required. - 15+ years of experience in Dev Ops Engineering or Software Development and Bachelors in related field; or 13years relevant experience with Masters in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 19years relevant experience.
- Strong knowledge of Linux, including system administration and troubleshooting
- Proficient in configuration management tools such as Terraform, Ansible or Puppet
- Knowledge of AWS services (EC2, EBS, S3, Lambda)…
